Theros Releases Sep 27
The newest Magic set, Theros, releases on September 27. We will draft the new set at our FNM tournament at 7pm. Space is limited so signing up early is strongly suggested.
Also, Saturday’s Win-A-Box standard tournament will be with the format which allows for cards from: Theros, Magic 2014, Dragon’s Maze, Gatecrash, and Return to Ravnica. The sets Innistrad, Dark Ascension, Avacryn Restored and Magic 2013 have ‘rotated out’ and are no longer standard-legal. Starts at 1pm. $10.
Talk Like Pirate Day – Sept 19
September 19 be Talk Like A Pirate Day, you scallywags. Come play some pirate-flavored games at 7pm. Dread Curse be a definite. Libertalia be a possibility. Stop by and say ‘Ahoy!’ to Curt from Smirk and Dagger games.
