Registration is at 12pm with dice rolling at 1pm

Spec-op Tournament (meaning a Spec Op model can be used in the tournament using 12XP to make the Spec Op model better. (can also read the rules on the same site as the scenarios)

Must be the same Sectorial/ Army (ie. Cant switch from Panoceania to Yu Jing, or Panoceania Military Orders to Panoceania Neoterra sectorials)
