Standard Showdown takes place every Saturday at 1pm until December 17, 2016.

Win a Standard Showdown Booster pack – a 3-card pack which contains:
One premium card from a currently legal Standard set.
Two non-premium cards that are either a rare or a mythic rare from a set currently legal in Standard* (Battle for Zendikar up through Kaladesh).

(Cards in image are NOT necessarily what you will receive.)

Who gets these Showdown Boosters? Winning helps! Each player who goes 4-0 gets one! New players have a better chance to win a pack just by playing! Did you bring a friend who is new to Magic? You also have a better chance to get a pack!

In addition to these booster packs, we will also have our regular prizes based on match record:
4-0: $25 store credit
3-0-1: $17 credit
3-1: $10 credit
2-1-1: $5 credit.

We’re adding our single Magic the Gathering cards to this web-site.  All orders will go through here (even if in the shop).

Please make note:

• All orders can be picked up in store. No mail delivery yet.
• No online payments yet. Please pay in store.
• Buylist orders must be reviewed by us and brought to Battlegrounds Gaming.  Please pick CASH as the payment option.  If you want store credit, you will still get the 20% bonus in store.
• Orders which have not been picked up or paid for after 2 days will be cancelled.
• If you have outstanding store credit with us, it will be applied when you pick up your order.

Preliminary Pro Tour Qualifiers (PPTQs) are the first step for players on their path to the Magic: The Gathering Pro Tour. By winning a Preliminary PTQ, you will qualify for that season’s Regional Pro Tour Qualifier (RPTQ).
