May 1 update:
The pre-release events for Magic: Dragon’s Maze are April 27, 2013. We currently have the following spots open:
- Midnight: Completed! Thanks for everyone who showed up!
- Noon: Completed!
- 7pm: Completed!
- 2HG Sunday: Completed!
We are now taking sign-ups for the booster draft on May 3. Only 32 spots are available.

Hello Magic Players!
IMPORTANT:
I recently received news from the Norwalk Fire Marshall that the maximum capacity for our store is 35 people (including staff.) From now on, our events will be capped at 32. This doesn’t effect our regular weekly events such as FNM and standard tournaments. This will, however, change how we run our pre-release tournaments and the release day drafts (see below). Table Top Day
Saturday, March 30, is Geek & Sundry’s Table Top Day! Battlegrounds Gaming will open at noon and provide tables for you to play some of your favorite board games throughout the day. Check out their You-Tube Channel for some episodes where Wil Wheaton and Felicia Day show how to play some games and how much fun it is! Season 2 starts soon!
A representative from Steve Jackson Games will be here to run a tournament for their new game Revolution. Winner will receive a copy of the game!

About Battlegrounds
Starting December 12, 2021 we are now at 326 WESTPORT AVENUE in Norwalk! In the building behind A Cat’s Place. This new space has separate gaming and retail space. Watch your step as you walk in the door – there is an immediate 2 steps down.
January 13, 2016 is the start of a new era for Battlegrounds Gaming! Our new location will open with more space and more parking! This larger space will allow us to run more events concurrently. July 8th, 2011 marked a new day for gaming in Fairfield County as Battlegrounds Gaming opened it’s doors for the first time. We are looking to provide a place for fans of all genres of games to get together to share their favorite hobby. We have tables available for trading card games, board games, Warhammer & 40k, and role-playing games. For the Magic the Gathering player, we will have weekly tournaments for standard and booster drafts!
Come to Norwalk, Connecticut and check us out! Easy to get to from I-95 or the Merritt Parkway (Route 15).
